The iPhone is a sheer marvel of technology. With one device I can control my stereo, deposit a check into my bank account, and even make phone calls. With the exception of my wallet—because lord knows I have fliff like a sultan—the most handled item I own is probably my iPhone.
iPhone cases as a whole are often relegated to an impulse decision at a mall kiosk or heaven forbid in the Apple store itself, and then hardly ever reconsidered. But you should up your case game just a little, amigo. Carved, based in the quaint township of Elkhart, Indiana, is a small company who just so happen to make impeccable iPhone cases. And by impeccable I mean multiple people have commented on how great it looks. It looks like a hundred dollar iPhone case. But it sure ain’t.
Seriously—bring this out in public and you will get asked where you got it. I have the Redwood case ($29) with a matte black plastic frame ($2 extra) and it looks and feels incredible: sturdy enough to be dropped from the bed and classy enough to compliment just about every outfit. There’s many other options ranging from Walnut to Cedar to Lacewood but I’m partial to the Redwood thanks to my California roots.
Really: if you’re in the market for an iPhone (or Android!) case, look no further than Carved. I swear by ’em.
